Mitsutomoe

A three-armed curving spiral shape. Sometimes drawn without the enclosing annulet. Appears in Japanese heraldry. Considered a step from period practice (SFPP).

Also blazoned “three tomoe in annulo.”

No default alignment. No proper coloration.
